Born in Belarus, but raised in Northern California, Natalya’s interest in wine was piqued ironically while living in New York, where she fell in love with exploring restaurants and wine bars with friends and clients. She began taking more weekend trips to Napa Valley and explored wine countries around the world on vacations, where she really began to be fascinated by the joint concept of wine tourism. Determined to learn about wine more academically and not just through imbibing, Natalya took various courses in wine, culminating in her earning the Wine and Spirits Education Trust’s (WSET) Advanced Certification in the winter of 2015. An avid traveler as well, Natalya has been to over 60 countries and to many of the worlds most famous wine regions !
